Terms and Condition

1. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia.

2. Customers shall key in the quantity to delivery by date and our customer service will call for the follow up of the delivery. For load order, the maximum quantity will not exceed more than 20 metric tonnage per load.

3. We will send you an email notification when the sand and quarry has been delivered.

4. All goods are not refundable. If you find any quality issues with the products, please inform and liaise with our customer service within 3 working days of receiving the order. Any issues raised after 3 working days of receiving the product will not be entertained.

5. We issue Invoices on every 15th or 30th/31st of the month to our customer. A summary statement will also be issued once a month.

6. Any unused credit balance in your customer account can be credited to your customer bank account after 7 working days of your request.

7. Kindly call the customer services 016-2051340 for further inquiries if you order with our transportation option for the hardcore & armour rock products.

8. The minimum order if you order with our transportation option by tonnage is 35 metric tonnage for 10 wheels truck and 40 metric tonnage for 12 wheels truck.

9. The minimum top up for loyalty member is at RM 1000. And members will get further discount of 1.7% from the member price listed.
