Refund Policy

1. All goods are not refundable. If you find any quality issue with the products please inform and liaise with our customer service within 3 working days of receiving the order. Any issues raised after 3 working days of receiving the product will not be entertained.

2. Kindly call the customer service & drop us an email to sandpitnquarry@gmail.com & prove us the quality issue test report, we will assist to verify it.

3. If we agree we will refund it to your bank account.

4. Any unused credit balance in your customer account can be credited to your customer bank account after 7 working days of your request.
